Hi my name is Rhichelle, founder of Hold & Heal.
Hold and Heal came to me when I returned to my home town after living in another country for a few years.
I felt so lost within, everything seemed completely different considering nothing had really changed externally. I became sick and after a few too many hospital visits, I called the clinic of a well known Kinesiologist that I had previously seen when I was younger.
Not entirely sure what happened in that appointment but it was the first time I felt safe and understood of why I was feeling the way I was. Gently pulling layers back, I started finding more energy healing modalities that were supporting me to feel what I was journeying through.
It was then an ah-huh moment on how I want to help other's around me, come back to themselves, to not be afraid to feel what they are going through and to educate on what the body does if you continue to suppress it like I once was.
